PTFE laminated filter bags applications in waste incineration flue gas purification

PTFE laminated dust filter bags are commonly used in waste incineration flue gas purification.

The PTFE laminated dust collector filter bags are made of 100%ptfe fiber needle punched felt which is covered with a layer of PTFE microporous film on the surface. According to the requirements of the bag filter, the air permeability, the emission concentration, the filter material specification (thickness, porosity) are designed. PTFE laminated filter bags are with good temperature resistance, long-term temperature resistance 240 C, instantaneous temperature resistance 260 C. As ptfe laminated filter bag manufacturer, INDRO filtration has a perfect production process, the film is formed through a hot melt bonding process through a professional filter material laminator. In addition to the characteristics of ordinary PTFE filter material, finished PTFE laminated needle felt filter material has more precision and higher filtration efficiency, up to 99.99%, approximately 100%, almost zero emission. The PTFE membrane filter bag has the characteristics of not easy to dew, smooth surface and easy ash removal. After the membrane filter material is put into operation, the pressure loss will not increase due to the prolongation of the service life, and the service life of the filter bag is long. At the same time, PTFE laminated filter bags can also be used for the recovery of ultrafine particle products, reducing product consumption and achieving the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Garbage smoke has the following characteristics:

(1) The moisture content of the flue gas is large. Because of the large amount of water in the garbage, and in the combustion of some hydrocarbons will also generate water vapor, so the moisture content of the flue gas is also larger, generally 23% to 30% of the total amount of smoke.

(2) Because of the complex composition of the garbage, the toxic and harmful components in the smoke and dust produced after the combustion are also complex, including some trace metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead, molybdenum, chromium, nickel, copper and so on.

(3) The composition of acid gas is contained in the composition of the flue gas. In addition to O2, SOX, CO2 and NOX, waste incineration flue gas also contains acidic gases such as HCl and HF, as well as water vapor and hydrocarbons (THC).

(4) Because of the carcinogenic substances such as dioxins and furans, it is extremely harmful to human body.

(5)The particle size of the smoke and dust is fine and the viscosity is high.

From the above features, it can be seen that the dust incineration dust has the characteristics of high temperature, high humidity, high corrosion and so on. It is strict and difficult for the dust removal technology. Because the electrostatic precipitator is expensive, the bag filter is the first choice, and the dust bag is its core technology.

The PTFE membrane dust filter bag is made of felt which is using PTFE long fiber as the base cloth, PTFE short fiber as the surface layer, made through needling or spunlick, and then laminating with PTFE microporous film on its surface.
