PPS/Ryton (polyphenylene sulfite) needle punched felt filter bags, continuous working temperature is less than 190 degree C. PPS filter bags are the most common filter bags used in power plant.
Filter Bag size: 130mm diameter, length 6000mm, plate hole diameter 138mm.
Structure of power plant filter bags:
Sewing thread: PPS thread or ptfe sewing thread
Scrim: ptfe cloth
Top snap band: Stainless steel snap band
Top and bottom: with reinforcement/cuff.
