1. In the process of fructose elution from resins, SIIC filter bag or melt blown pp liquid filter cartridges with 25 micron rating are recommended, the purpose is particulate removal.
2. In the process of 42% fructose filtration, SIIC filter bag or melt blown pp liquid filter cartridges with 1 um (micron) rating are recommended, the purpose is yeast and particulate control.
3. In the process of 90% fructose filtration, SIIC filter bag or melt blow pp liquid filter cartridges with 1 micron rating are recommended, the purpose is yeast and particulate control.
4. In the process of post carbon bed, SIIC filter bags or melt blown pp liquid filter cartridges with 5 micron are recommended, the purpose is carbon fines removal.
5. In the process of post ion exchange, SIIC filter bags or melt blown pp liquid filter cartridges with 5 micron are recommended, the purpose is resin trap filter.
6. After cooler, will need filtration before storage, during this filtration process, SIIC filter bags or melt blown pp liquid filter cartridges with 75 micron are recommended, the purpose is removal charred particles after evaporation.
7. After storage, will need filtration again before tank car loading, during this filtration process, SIIC filter bags or melt blown pp liquid filter cartridges with 75 micron are recommended, the purpose is particle removal.
